I have used the warranty on the different set of headphones and I am very glad I had a warranty. I will never buy another set of headphones without the warranty

It was easy to use especially when my nephew head set broke, it was replaced with a new one.

Told geeg squad the problem. They took back my old ones after 2 years because of bad switch. Picked up an updated new pair and redid a new warranty.
