Haven't used the services but always great to have just in case. For example, I was on a plane and someone damaged my headphones in the bag without know. If I had the protection then i would have been all set. When I bought a new pair I added it but i'm also super careful.

The Geek Squad protection plan is worth it's weight in gold. I had the microphone on my Bluetooth headset go bad and no questions asked, I was refunded my money. I bought a new headset and of course took the Geek Squad Protection plan once again. I highly recommend it!

I had to get all the 3 laptops that I purchased started by loading programs on to them including a virus protection program. The technician was friendly, accommodating, and explained everything he was going to do in detail. I will always choose the Geek Squad to work on my electric devices.

I'll never spend more than $50 on a device and not get Geek Squad protection too. When I had it on my cell phone it was phenomenal coverage, I've used it to trade in my fitness trackers when they've failed, and I can't tell you how happy I was when I learned I could get a similar product when the tracker I had failed and had been discontinued.

This is the only way to go on electronics these days. There are way too many things that go wrong and a 2 year warranty is essential to me. I like the fact that they keep it under your phone number when you buy it so if you lose the receipt they can still look it up.

I always get the product protection for my wireless blutooth head set. At least once a year, I let my guard down and my dog finds my headset and eats it. I have also had time that the head set stopped working within the year or after for what ever reason. This saves me from having to invest another $70-$100. Highly recommend

Geek squad insurance is the best, you just never know when your going to need the coverage. battery defects or it falls to the ground and gets damage, its covered turn them in and get store credit for the purchase and purchase news ones.

I purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement as I have done so on all of my electronic and appliances' purchases in the past. Thankfully, I have not been required to use it on any of the approximately 15 or so items I previously purchased from Best Buy! "Best to have it and not need it rather than to need it and not have it!"

The Geek Squad plan on my Bluetooth headset is amazing. Although LG is a quality brand, the normal wear and tear of daily activities has more than once had me using my protection plan. I did not have to send off my headset for repair or wait until a new headset came in. I took my headset in and they replaced it on the spot. Kudos!

This is real protection to your investment . For the period you buy you are fully covered and do not have to think about the quality of the product . I changed my head phone twice due to some little issues , no question asked . Replaced . What else can you expect ? Go for it with every electronics at Best Buy :

I absolutely love Best Buys Protection Plan. I swear by it! Honestly you cannot go wrong with the price of the protection compared to the cost of the product. Just be aware, this is NOT like car insurance. Once you use it to replace a product, your protection does not carry over to the new item, you have to repurchase a new protection plan. Heck it's worth it!

I bought the warranty for my headphones. The headphones are great, but one of the earpieces quite working. I had the headphones for 9 months, and I got a new pair, no questions asked. The headphones were worth $150, the warranty was $15. I was so glad I got a replacement, I love the headphones and I did not want to pay another $150 for a replacement!

Costly repairs out-of-pocket will give you flashbacks when you had the opportunity to add-on the Geek Squad Protection Plan but you didn't. Now you can change all that. Next time, just add the option of Geek Squad. You will be glad you did. I saved hundreds of dollars without realizing it until I needed my protection. Thank you, Best Buy.

Always make sure you are covered for the worst case scenario. Having a piece of mind is worth every penny. Reasonably priced for the duration is a no brainer for anyone planning on using an electronic device and getting their money's worth out of it...

I wasn't going to get the plan but everything in my house is from Best Buy and everything that I've bought from Best Buy has a 2 year replacement plan on it. I had a problem with my Bose Quitecomfort earphones and they were replaced, no questions asked. Say whattttttt. It was worth buying. Compare $40 to paying $300.00, you do the math !!!!!

I have protection plan that i did not use yet. However i had a guy come in and help me with some audio setup questions when I first bought my house. I had my speaker wires wired through the walls and the Geek Squad guy came in to advice with some connectivity questions.

I make sure to get the Best Buy 2 year protection plans on all of my devices, from my modem to my router to my laptop to my headphones. It helps retain the value of the product for 2 years. That is great since a lot of electronics become outdated quickly. Also, I wouldn't want to pay for a pair of $300+ headphones twice, so this was a must.

Despite what that consumer reporter guy says, I say always purchase Best Buy 2 year Geek Squad Protection Replacement plan. I've been a BB customer for approx. 9 years and I've never purchased anything without it except my grandsons hot wheels miniature cars. Returns and replacements have been hassle free each and everytime.

Great product you can't go wrong with it. You can answer another call while you are on the line with someone else. while other ones don't have that features this one does. Great sound for music/gaming and you can customize it to your likeing. The range is great I can go 30+ feet from my note 3 phone which is great for hands free.Try it you won't regret it!

My headphones were tweaking out and I took them in to replace them. They asked to go pick out the headphones I wanted to switch them for and was in and out with ease. Don't purchase anything without their protection.
