Haven’t used the Protection Plan. But it was in my Best Interest to have this Plan never know what may happen and It’s a Good Plan that Covers some “MAJOR” Problems.

Bought this in Hopes I wont need to use it. My last TV burned out after 16 months so this Keeps me from worrying about the what ifs.

I almost always go with Best Buy and am not interested in a challenge at my age so I call the Geek Squad for rescues.

Very good product to have on any item. Only issue i had is that i couldn't tranfer to new ear pieces

AFTER OUR OLD TV SET BROKE DOWN AFTER 4 YEARS WE HAD A WARRANTY ON IT AND BEST BUY REPLACED IT. BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT REPAIR IT.

Giving this a 4 because I haven't had to use it. Was told it covered my purchase for 5 years. I hope i never have to use. but I'm glad I have the protection if and when it's needed

Covers all you could want except if you sling a controller through it or get robbed! Especially happy with the coverage on the display!
