    Excellent price point for the coverage, I couldn’t pass up the 5 year price with my new tv especially since the last one was 3 years older and lighting surge caused me to have to replace it.

    Amazing they came out to my house very professional and when they couldn't fix it I took the tv back to the store and got a full refund on a gift card to purchase my new tv so easy!!

    Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.
