Delivery came on time and they brought it up to my apartment on a third floor walkup. It was one of the hottest days this summer and I really appreciated the service. Communication was very good with updates on delivery status as well. TV is light and thin. Unboxing and getting it out of the box was very simple. You'll see what I mean :)

5-year protection plan was a must when purchasing such an investment and the price really works out well when you consider the full coverage you receive during these 5 years of usage. I know from the past it paid off when a former HDTV got glitchy at the end and it was replaced. That's what this is all about - "protection" on your hard earned dollars spent.

Thnak god for protection because i can get another tv or get it fixed if anything wrong happens to my electronics. I love Best Buy items.

I had a small issue with a tv I had purchased, I was in my last year of the geek squad warranty and I was able to get a whole new tv! Service was great and I recommend the extra protection.

I am very thankful that I had a two year warranty because I needed to use it and it enabled me to get another TV

The geek squad that came out to set up my tv, was outstanding. They were both outstanding. I was very satisfied with them. They were very helpful every step of the way!

Definitely a plus to buy a protection package in my opinion. Geek squad seems to be making their protection packages more affordable which is a plus. The warranty covers a remote control replacement too and that could be beneficial with small Children’s and dogs. However trying to get help when needing to use the warranty can be troublesome and time consuming.

As a best buy employee our geek squad protection on this product is definitely worth it for my partner and I. I feel confident in knowing that if our TV falls or the screen goes out, we will have multiple solutions/options in the future.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

Geek Squad Protection was well worth the money! It comes with little extras that you just don't think about. They not only installed my TV(believe me, the owner's manual left out a lot of steps), but they hauled away my old TV (there is normally a fee for this). The agents were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain all of the features of my new TV.

These guys go far and beyond to help resolve any issues Couldn't do it without them

Hopefully it never gets used but for the peace of mind it’s definitely worth its weight in gold
