Geek squad protection is a must have for all owners of a tv!! Especially a smart tv, since geek squad can fix the problems associated with the smart fire tv I bought!

I added this protection plan from the Geek Squad to my TV purchase. If my TV has any problems after the manufacture warrantee expires, Best Buy will fix or replace it for free if you have their additional 2 year protection warrantee .

Having Geek Squad with any electronic purchase is a MUST comes in handy just because you never know what can happen if something happens to your devices.

I've only had to use this service once. I called the help desk and they were actually able to fix my issue over the phone. I didn't have to pack up and bring to store. Excellent!
