The agents helped out a lot took care of all the needs, I didn’t score 5 stars it took a while to get eveything done

I bought a 600 tv. Ain’t no way I’m not gonna insure it for 2 year after the fire destroyed the last one. I love my tv so much, I literally named it “Brad Pitts TV” I’m almost positive he owns the exact same mode. So no better option then to protect the same tv that he may or may not own.

Very good deal on Best Buy. Wanted to get the 65 inch but we’re sold out . Very good TV with vivid color and budget friendly. Installed this for my kids bedroom. It has multiple gaming consoles hooked up to it. It’s a pleasure watching on this television so far. Wanted to get a Vizio but heard Vizio TVs we’re having problems and issues so instead decided to go with this.

Just always get this. Its saved my @** so many times, with tvs, speakers, headsphones. Just spend the money, its worth it.

You can never go wrong getting the warranty! Definitely worth it!

The agents brought the TV upstairs with no complaints

With so many electronic devices in our house, we love the peace of mind of having a five year protection plan that covers any problems, and they come to our home for any service or repair calls. It sure beats pulling a large TV off the wall and hauling it somewhere for a repair

It is a wonderful product to have and I’m glad I purchased it.

We hope to not have to use this service but is nice to have it available. We feel like it will be good protection on the procduct and good comfort to know we have it.

I wouldn't buy a thing without The Geek Squad protection plan especially a big TV that hangs on the wall.

Replaced my laptop when i cracked at the hindge with no problems

As a former employee and someone who still shops at best buy a lot getting the protection plan is a no brainer for TVs and anything that has the "accidental handling" plan.

While we haven't had to use the service, it's good to have the reassurance that our new TV is protected. The cost is worth the piece of mind

The geek squad is always important to me because I am technically challenged. I have it on almost everything i purchase from Best Buy.

I bought an open box TV and it had a small burn spot. I called the service and they came out and fixed it. Now I basically have a brand new TV. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

The agent was knowledgeable and very polite. Wasted no time figuring out my issues. I suggest purchasing the 5 year warranty on all larger TVs. It worked well for me.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

They are really attentive and the support they give is very clear.

I would suggest buying this coverage for expensive items such as TVs, laptops, cameras, etc. and for open box items. No need to buy it if you are pretty careful with your devices and if you are on budget, except for TVs which might give up at any time of its lifetime. Other devices might have a manufacturer's warranty, but if you can afford it, I would suggest still buy it for peace of mind.
