With the geek squad I don't have to worry about my purchase for 5 years!

Still in great condition had to do a replacement for the remote i had no problems.

Great combination of open box television and a 5 year geek squad protection plan.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.

Great price just in case. Esp for older family members when you’re not around to help.

Geek squad are always very helpful when ive had a problem with trouble shooting something i dont understand. Thwy are very professional.

Great service. Had previously purchased on my 3 year old tv which Geek Squad could not repair. Offered a new tv to replace the old tv at no extra cost. Needless to say as the previous 5 year warranty was on the old tv, I purchased a new 5 year warranty on my new tv.

This warranty totally worth it. We have yesterday in the past and we don’t regret it.

Good for if I need it, but a bit disappointing from their other coverage plans. Most of their other protection plans include accidental damage so if you bump into it or your pets run wild or something happens to it, they'll replace the item. But unsurprisingly as items get more expensive, they drop that option in their protection plans such as this one. I just hope if anything happens to the actual product itself that is a result of regular use, it's actually covered in this plan.

I buy warranties on all my electronics. If best buy ever got rid of the geek squad warranty id likely never buy another tv from there. But super satisfied

We picked up the television and installed ourselves. Super easy, except for configuring the television remote with the cable remote volume.

I love the new tv i got .You cant go wrong with any of the SONY Bravia They will last at least 20yrs..

I just purchased this warranty and so far I haven't had to use it (thank goodness)! In the past, I have had this warranty and this warranty does far exceeds my expectations and Best Buy stand by their warranty 100%.

We purchased our five year protection plan. We had one on our last computer and were very glad we did so. No problem getting service from friendly staff.

Store manager didn't know how the warranty worked and the sales team was confused, but the phone customer support team was great and made sure I didn't waste my money. Best Buy needs to hire their team back in greater numbers to cut down the wait time, especially at the Geek Squad.

When you bit electronics I don’t think there is an easier process than dealing with Best Buy. So for me it’s a no brainer on a product over 1500 bucks.
