The geek squad protection warranty is awesome and it would be worth to purchase it

Geek Squad service is so GOOD, you'll almost want your equipment to break down. Which it probably won't.Just, if it does, you can count on quick and fair resolution of any concern. Which is why I am loyal to Best Buy.

The color on my TV started to fail so I called. Long story short they replaced the set right away.

The guys took my tv and sent it for repair since it had a protection plan. Unfortunately my tv was repairable and was given the oportunity to get another. I decided to upgrade with the help of a team member. Thanks Best Buy for coming through.

The Geek Squad subscription is recommended for large purchases in the event that something goes wrong with the item.

I strongly recommend anyone purchasing electronics buying the protection plan is the way to go.

Geek Squad has always been quick and very efficient with my inquires and repairs.

It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!

I read the list of coverage and decided to purchase the 5 year plan to cover my 60" television. If it fails, the plan will repair it. Looks like good insurance against an unexpected failure just in case. I always keep my products in good condition and for long periods of time.
