I hope I never have to use it but if I do Geek Squad is good.

I bought the 5 year warrant on my samsung tv a few years back. My Tv went on the blink and Best Buy replaced it with a brand new one. The only thing I had to buy was another 5 year warranty. Well worth it.

Helped with step by step instructions when I needed it to install my projector and connect it to my phone.

Geek Squad service I can't really rate it as either good or bad because I haven't had the need to use it yet and I hope I don't have to use it, but it gives me peace of mind to have it for when the time comes. I hope they don't disappoint me.

A necessity to insure electronics nowadays. There is lots that could happen with televisions with newer technology and having a warranty is the smart way to go. Highly recommend it.

We have had Geek Squad service for many years and have always been very happy with it. They have been available and able to solve any problem we have brought to them. It is well worth the money.

The last thing I want to do is hall in a 65” tv for repairs. You’ll pay shipping and be without a tv for an unknown amount of time. Best Buys in home service repair pays for itself.

I bought and used the extended warranty from Best Buy and recommend it to everyone.

While we hope to never have to use this service, the times we have it has made the purchase worth it. Quick fixes and great communication from the Geek Squad.

Agents came to pickup tv and installed replacement in no time.

Great if your tv goes out bad if it doesn't lol wish it covered more like if the software becomes buggy over time after updates but sadly it doesn't

This has been great so far! TV’s and other expensive items are best to have protection on in my experience so I am glad I got this service and luckily I haven’t had to use it so far

Geek Squad is very knowledgeable and fixed an issue I was having with my laptop. They had it finished before I left the store and it was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Awesome crew!

I haven't had to use this yet and hopefully I won't. I did purchase a Protection Plan on a previous TV years ago and did have to use it. We were very pleased. The tech came to our house, had the parts he needed, fixed our TV and was finished in less than 45 mins.

Bought the service plan for an OLED TV I bought. Even though I don't know if mine will burn in, it's great to know that I have that protection if I need it.

When we purchased our Sony, we bought this, too. The installers were professional, setting up our TV in a quick manner. Their instructions for navigating through it were complete as of today.
