This is an excellent deal for the five years plan as it stands my tv did last two years before problems then they replaced it without worry. I was so happy with the 3 year plan I bought with the first tv when I got its replacement I added the 5 year warranty which also came in handy when the remote went bad and got replaced again covered. Well worth the money!

Excellent combo with the TV, pictures are so vivid!!! Makes the game come alive!! Didn't even have to adjust pic or sound!! Amazing quality!! I recommend it to any gamer!! And geek squad keeps it safe too!!

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.

5 week days to wait first tim then needed parts tell that after 3 days then another 5 days for a tv when the troubles is over for this tv i wont buy nothing from best buy maybe 30 miles away is too much for a store and geek squad leaves a lot to be desired i bougt the same tv thru amazon i should of kept it

Jayden help me with a problem with an iPhone 14 and he was very nice super helpful explaining everything we needed and gave us all the options regarding the device. I ended up sending the phone back to apple and I got it the very next day and Jayden called me right away to let me know it was there. Definitely best service there!

Got for my TV and haven’t had to use it but it is nice to have peace of mind that if something goes wrong it will be covered

Purchase a 65” Samsung OLED tv. I made sure to purchase a 5 year extended GeekSquad warranty for it as well for peace of mind. I definitely recommend to anyone to purchase an extended warranty for an electronics purchase like a big tv. It’s good to know that if anything happens to my tv in the next 5 years that I’m covered. The cost of the 5 year warranty imo is fair.

The Squad really went out their way to make sure I was able to use my GS Warranty to the fullest.. They made sure I was able to purchase a replacement TV after my original wouldn't stay powered on.. They gave me great suggestions on different TV's to purchase with the amount I was given on my store credit..

I haven’t had to use the service yet, and only felt I needed it due to the nature of OLED screens. Hopefully if the time comes I need to use it, there won’t be any additional problems.

HiSense at its price point is best Television. It serves my purpose very well without spending much. The amount I saved compared to buying expensive TVs, now I can spend on better services like high resolution streaming etc.

I mean its honestly worth the extra $60 i think it was. It covers alot the manufacturer warranty wouldn't.

When I invest in a big-screen tv, I want to protect my investment! That's why I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan! I've needed to use the warranties on several occasions, and the experience was very satisfactory. Sometimes they replaced the item, refunded the purchase price, or repaired the item. I actually have a 3 1/2 year old blu ray player in the Geek Squad shop right now--under a 4-year extended warranty that I purchased for the item! This time they are repairing it, but that's fine with me. It's so nice that after using it for 3 1/2 years, now that it's not working my extended warranty is kicking in and more than paying for itself!!!

I love to always get a Protection for the years cause you never know what will happen. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
