    The agent explained the extended warranty to us in a very easy to understand way, and we bought it because of that. Often this information is confusing. His presentation was not. Good job overall!

    Geek Squad is always good to have if ever needed. I've hadn't had to use this at all. I have for 5 years. It wasn't expensive either.

    I will not make a purchase at Best Buy for any major products without buying the protection plan. I have replaced a TV before and a refrigerator multiple times. One thing I like about the protection plan is they will come out to your home and repair your items but if it's going to cost too much to repair it there go ahead and give you a gift card or allow you to exchange it for something else. Just so happened this time I was able to exchange it for a cheaper refrigerator because it was Black Friday so I was able to use the extra money left over to purchase a TV. Do not purchase anything without buying a protection plan. There's nothing better than knowing that your items are going to be working for the next 5 years. In my opinion as many items that I purchased as you can see I'm Elite Plus, items are not made like they used to and without protection, i would be out of thousands of dollars.

    I just got a 48" Lg B4 OLED TV. I decided to get the 5 year Geek Squad extended warranty, to just put my mind at ease. I thought that any repairs after the first year might be pretty expensive.

    100 % recommended Standard Geek Squad Protection Plan. I brought this plan for my cell phone and I had functional damage to my phone. Geek Squad service team member had given good response and changed my phone with brand now. thanks to Standard Geek Squad Protection.

    Had an issue with my Samsung sound bar after attempting to trouble shoot it they ended up just giving me store credit and letting me upgrade to a newer version without any issues

    I can hold my own but i alway get great service with my Geek Squad! Fast, reliable, replacement fast, walk you through trouble shooting. They are great!

    The employee was extremely helpful finding the TV that I had wanted also recommended a warranty that was slightly more expensive but gave more protection for the value ...So overall I am very satisfied thank you

    My screen quit working and Best Buy had someone out here to diagnose it and a new TV delivered within a week. Definitely worth the investment for the peace of mind, but the service was much better than I expected going into using it. I’d recommend it and bought it a second time myself with the new TV.

    This is good it’s like insurance for any appliances or technology you buy it’s to protect it in case of damage spills or something going wrong. It covers for the repairs and make it new again that’s so cool and helpful.

    I purchased geek squad protection, had issues with 98" TV I just purchased, they came out, however I could not reproduce the issues I was having, so nothing was fixed at the time. I originally had issues trying to get geek squad to come out, customer service was saying I was not covered, however, they did come to my residence after contacting them a second time.

    With this worry free warranty, i have peace of mind about my product. If anything goes wrong they will fix it or replace it. And if your tv is larger than a specific size they will come to you.

    While warranties themselves are a total cash grab by every company ever, when buying a brand new TV thats $1000+, you'll thank yourself for getting this warranty. I got a 5 year warranty on my 65 LG CX. It covers burn in and will replace the device if anything goes wrong until 2025. Even if nothing goes wrong, that piece of mind is worth it for a $2000 television. No other warranty on the market covers burn in for OLED tvs. And I wouldnt buy a single year play let alone a 5 year plan from anywhere else.

    So, this is a little tricky for me. We love Geek Squad and my husband has an account as well. We had to purchase this GS Protection because we could not purchase our new TV and get the appropriate protections under my husbands account with GS. No matter how we tried to place the order under my husbands name, Best Buy could not get the full warranty to show up because my husband already had GS and it wouldn't allow the full warranty to kick in on the new TV??? So, the only way to get the full warranty was to purchase the TV in my name and also start a GS account in my name, and now we have two. Not terrible, but I think this is a little shady and there should be a workaround. Speaking with the GS reps that came out to deliver and install, they also agreed that this shouldn't have been an issue.

    I bought the 5-year protection plan for my TV and boy am I glad I did it Best buy's been honorable and keeping the terms and conditions and replace my broken TV I was a hero for my family

    Sound Blew on 55" Vizio

    I called about the warranty for the sound on my Vizio 55" tv. After awhile I was finally able to get through to a non-automated server, Erich. He was cordial and helped me find the serial number. I had a little difficulty understanding the numbers sometimes, but hopefully they are ok.
