I got this protection plan just in case anything happens to my $1000+ tv. Best Buy has it all.

We needed a TV fast for New Years so we looked for Open bix desls at the store. The price was great. But I have been super pleased with the picture quality snd ease of use. Hooking up DirecTv was a breeze and I hooked up blue ray, Vcr, Atari 2600, nintendo64 and a multiple game player (Nes,sega,sense, all work great! I love the smart tv menu LG uses its very user friendly. And extras like channel plus, amszon hulu etc are great. it has the ability to wirelessly connect to your phone. Wireless network setup was a breeze. I would recommend this TV

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

I am hoping this Geek Squad Protection is a lot better than Allstate's. It wouldn't take much to be better than Allstate. I like that the Geek Squad is part of Best Buy and not some corporate insurance company that is far away and difficult to contact. With the Geed Squad I can go right to the store and start the process with actual human beings.

I was happy with Insignia 50" bought two, one went down a year later, glad I purchased a warranty! I would purchase purchase again only with warranty. I purchased two 50" Samsung's that lasted 2 and 3 years that didn't have warranty. I have a 48" Panasonic Plasma from 2008 that's still strong. I have family and friends that own Insignia for years with no issues. Bottom line, luck of the draw, buy a warranty!

The protection that this plan covers is needed in my opinion with unforseen technical issues that may arise later. All electronic purchases such as TVs should have a plan that exceeds the standard warranty as you're adding an extra blanket of security on your investment. This is one of the reasons that I primarily opt to purchase from Best Buy for my television purchases due to the affordable plans that you're able to add. Great value for sure.

Did not need a full service install, but prompt and curtious service on time and they called ahead. Good service.

This tv has an excellent picture. I have no problems to report

My nephew took it out and assembled it with no trouble at all. I bought the warrany for my peace of mind. It was my first time purchasing a tv with these capabilities and wanted to be sure I got good performance from it.

Very helpful and as my tv still under 2 year warranty just got new one to replace old one well worth it

Moved a couple times over the last two years. TV stopped working and BB replaced it fast.

Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

Everything is working fine.I have no problem with the service.

I would always recommend geek squad protection its the best they always take care of me good value

We stay in Florida and our house was built before the 1970s, so no 3 wire electrical. Everytime we have a T-storm something is bound to get hit. Even with surge protectors and battery backups on all the expensive TV's and devices. So paying the extra for geek squad protection is a must have and a no brainer.

What's there to say about Geek Squad?! It's a great service for a great price. I wouldn't be without them.
