Haven't used it yet but the piece of mind that its there is good

Very happy to have the peace of mind of a 5 year plan and if something goes wrong I know it'll be addressed correctly.

Excellent TV. Best Buy always has the best prices and services.

They came through with their words in replacing my 40" Vizio TV after it suddenly stopped working. I'm glad I got the extended warranty to cover my TV. It's highly recommended to have Geek squad cover your prducts and for a reasonable price too.

Love buying the open box items which saves me money. Therefore I use some of that savings to purchase the extended warrantees. Never had to use one yet, But as long as I do not have to spend my own money, I believe it is well worth it.

One of the best tv ever. If it’s not Sony, I always go for lg. Got this on clearance and it is full of features. Way better than it’s competitor.

I am glad I purchased the warranty. It’s so much easier to deal with Best But for their great products and services. I don’t anticipate needing it because the TV is great but I’m glad I have it if it’s needed. It was a very reasonable price.

The 5 year protection plan was offered and honored without any problems in an expeditious manner.

This TV was not the one I came in the store for but ended up being a great buy! They store ran out of the product I was looking for right at Christmas time. Clerk found a comparable model for me within my price range. I was a little hesitant due to volume in the store did not seem very loud. Got it home it is wonderful.

I usually don't buy extended warranties unless the product cost me some real cash and I plan on keeping it a while. I bought it for a big TV back when they were still pretty expensive and it definitely paid off. So make your own decision but I think it's worth it if the product cost enough and you plan on keeping it

2 years coverage for ~$100 seems like a great offer for product support from Bestbuy

awesome tv , a huge upgrade of the one have years ago, no we can enjoy watching series and movies, so easy to setup
