Geek Squad 5 year standard protection. lets me know that if something happens to my TV in the first 5 years. Including damage from lighting. I am covered. There Tech support and technicians are some of the best I ever come across. I would recommend a Geek Squad extended warranty to anyone who shops at Bets Buy.

The technicians that come to complete the installations are well trained and always so helpful!

You have such a great knowable staff with the Geek Squad just waiting to help you in all aspects of your life with such product! It has been a lifesaver to this family of mine in the past which is why we always buy the coverage!

The gave me a refund for the prior tv that stopped working. Got a better one. Communication could have been better, the tracking and phone service was not the best. Had to go to the store

Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

I purchased protection on my last TV, which stopped working out of nowhere. A Geek Squad member tried some trouble shooting techniques & ordered a spare part. Upon his second visit, the part didn't fix the issue. He ordered the upgraded version. I didn't have to pay anything for the TV nor his service.

Geek squad is the best. I hope I don’t have the need to use them, but if I do, I know that it will be fixed correctly.

The picture is excellent and the sound is exceptional and the price was remarkable... I was a little leary because of the brand, surely surprised on the quality of picture in the game mode playing PS5 strongly recommend.

Haven’t had to use this yet and the tv is holding up just fine. But it’s in a young child’s room so the cost for peace of mind that whatever is broken can be fixed makes the value worth it.

I purchased the protection plan because I have used them in the past. My past tv motherboard went out and I was able to get paid for my last tv because the cost to fix the tv was more than the tv was worth. I love their protection plans.

The protection for any product should be mandatory. Any issues later Best Buy will replace it no questions Ask. At least to me. I always purchase the extra warranty on any high end appliances, computers and tvs. Highly recommend this.

About 15 months after purchasing my 65 inch Hisense TV it developed a problem. Periodically, I would have to unplug the TV and then plug it back in in order to get it to turn on. The Geek Squad was unable to secure the parts necessary to correct this problem, so they delivered and installed a new TV. I was very pleased with this outcome and the prompt service.
