    My lg tv broke after 3 years, luckily I had geek squad, they could not fix tv so gave me gift card for what I originally paid and used it on new and better tv….I always get geek squad, no brainer

    geek squad protection is great to have espcially for a quality product. 5 year will comfort me in knowing that im covered. its great to have. hopefully wont need it but you never know.

    I always believe in purchasing extended warranty on expensive items and this TCL 65" Q TV was no exception. In the past whenever I had problems with my other TV's, etc. the Geek Squad was right there to make things right saving me a lot more $ than the Best Buy protection cost. It really is a good investment.

    I bought a protection plan for a previous TV. When it started acting up, I called, they came, they replaced. It was awesome. No problems, no runaround. Got a credit for full purchase price as they were unable to fix and I got a new TV and another protection plan.

    TV has worked great. We set it up quickly on arrival day and have been using it with no problems since. We use it as a bedroom TV and volume is VERY loud only at 5-15 (there are little times we go over 15). Very satisfied with the TV, would definitely recommend it.

    I generally do not purchase service warranties. As I was buying a new TV, I decided it would be a good idea. Thankfully I never had to use it.

    Hopefully I will never need this 5-year protection plan for my new insignia 58 inchTV, but if I do, the price of 59.99 seems like a really great investment for additional protection.

    So i brought this television because my other one broke and i always been a fan of Samsung. The quality of this tv is A1 just so clear and well worth the money. I highly recommend it.

    It is great that the Geek Squad is available when you have problems. My TV kept freezing. They came out and determined the problem. Got parts and installed. When this did not fix the problem, they gave me the option of returning my year old TV for a full refund of the TV, tax, and 4/5 of my Geek Squad. I then bought a brand new TV with better features. Great service!

    So we decided to get the 5yr warranty instead of 2yrs because there is only $20 difference. Salesperson was very helpful. Basically, best buy will cover for any repairs except if it is a physical problem. Just incase your television will not totally work.. You can get another tv same or close to what you bought or they will give you the money back (perhaps a store credit). I think it is a good idea.

    Geek Squad was accommodating in that they replaced my 5 year warranty that was purchased in April of 2017 and gave me a new one that started with my new TV purchased October 2020, they had to replace since my old tv that I purchased in April 2017 was damaged when it was sent to be repaired by Geek Squad.

    Geek squas has always been a good response for me. No hassle, very customer oriented for well satisfied experience. They make any replacement requirements simple.

    This plan is well worth the cost and convience. I purchased this plan with a new LCD TV. My old LCD TV was only 2 years old when the picture went out. All I had to do was bring the TV into Best Buy Geek Squad and they sent it out for repair. A few days later, I was issued credit in full for a new TV because it was to costly to repair. I used the credit twords a bigger and better TV.
