setting up my new television and mount purchase along with my install appt. at my home for my telelvision was easy with the help of the Best Buy Customer Service Representative Margie.

Have not used as of yet for the TV product. Nor have I used for any purchases. However if something were defective or to go bad, this is a must have for repair or replacement.

hope i dont need to use it ...but if i do im sure geek squad will come through

I've had my item for going on 8 months now I haven't had to use anything on the warranty yet but I do know that you can renew your warranty once it is up so I must say knowing that you can do that is great because takes a lot of watery off you if your device is getting old and you having problems with it I must have all your electronics a great safety net

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

Cant take the chance just go with the Squad iv always had issues in the past with returns and geek squad takes care of everything no hassle

Good insurance for a tv. Come out and repair or replace. Didn’t like that it was double the cost of TV protection that was on $200 less than

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

ALWAYS get protection from geek squad trust me you dont want to not have it.

Always good to have a back up for your electronics.

I bought the 5 year protection as a piece of mind after my last tv had issues right after the factory warranty expired.

Tv is a great replacement for our old one that broke. best buy protection makes us feel alot better about the purchase.
