    It’s worth it for the price. You will need to get the geek squad in case something happens to the TV or anything that you buy so it’s worth it.

    My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

    Love my Geek Squad protection. I've already used it twice for my computer I previously purchased. I have no worries if something goes wrong, I just call them, they reassure me they can fix, I make an appointment and that's it. I've been very satisfied.

    Ive always purchased geek squad insurance with all my major electronics or appliances! They've always fixed or replaced my items if needed!

    Whenever we buy anything from Best Buy we always get the Geek Squad protection which has always been beneficial to us!! Lightening storms etc can damage tv's even if you have generators or power supplies! So for us the protection is well worth it especially with how expensive electronics can be!

    Its always a pain to return a tv through geek squad. From the initial call which you almost always have to wait 20 minutes . They always seem to have a real problem finding my service plan. I have multiple accounts and have bought many many tvs from them but they should be able to figure it out. I own sportsbars in FL and I only buy from Best Buy but they really needto figure this out because when i have a tv go down i want it back up and running as quick as possible but its always a hassle. At each of my clubs i have a back up ready to replace tvs that go down so my actual business is never really effected but we always regret having to call geek squad because we know its gonna be such a hassle and its gonna be a lot of time sitting on phone having to wait for a service guy to come out and tell us what we already know then take it to a store and replace. It would be nice if they brought a replacement tv with them when they come out. But instead u have to get a service order made then you got to call geek squad again and wait on line for 20 minutes. Then usually another 10 or 20 minutes to find the info from the multiple accounts. I have never had anyone help me combine all accounts into 1 account. It seems like that would make the most sense but instead i have to go through the same process every time. Its exausting. I love Best Buy but service plans are always a pain for me.

    Peace of mind of elderly, fixed income parents.

    It gives me much peace of mind that the TV I bought for my father has a fix or replace coverage for the next 5 years. The cost works out to a couple of drinks from Starbucks per year. VERY affordable coverage that can be redeemed at many stores. I live in a different county than my parents. TV problems, there's a store 5 minutes away from them!

    Got this for my 1st expensive TV. Haven’t had to use it but have used this warranty before for different products. Best Buy does a wonderful job and are quick to respond

    Love the extended warranty with Geek Squad my 4.5 year old TV just went out and they gave me credit for what I paid for the TV and I was able to purchase a better one for less

    Purchased a LG 4K smart tv from Best Buy and added the 5 year Geek Squad Protection to extend the manufacture warranty. Due to brown outs and other voltage irregularities, having this added protection provides peace of mind. A must add on at point of purchase from Best Buy.

    I wanted to send it abroad. On Q&A section Westinghouse confirm that it can run on 220v (Picture attached). I pull the data sheet from Westinghouse website, and it says Power Source AC 100V-240V (Picture attached). On the TV itself it is mentioned 120v (Picture Attached). I called Westinghouse, and they conflict their own information on data sheet and Q&A that it cannot run on 220v. What is true Westinghouse?
