Great type of...peace of mind. Hope i dont regret my decision.

Mounting was already in place. This is a replacement television and a birthday present for my grandson.

I like the tv. The only issue was the picture quality during football games. Did not realize it until football season started

Worth every penny. My prior Samsung tv covered by Best Buy warranty. 2 months before end of warranty, tv screen leds went bad. I got a brand new tv at no cost. Will buy appliances from Best Buy AND have Best Buy extended warranty.

Happy to report that I have not utilized their servicess yet. All my purchases have continued to function as promised. Be even more happy if 2 yrs. from now I report the same thing. It is comforting to know that I have this service in the event I need it. Better to be safe than sorry ($$).

It is a great price for two years of service to protect my TV. My only complaint would be that if you have an issue with a TV the wait time can be up to 4 weeks. For me living in a small place and having only one TV this is an issue.

Great deal for a protection plan. Highly recommend especially if you’re forking out a lot of money.

Warranty is worth getting when it comes to owning electronic devices from any store. We had a 55" Tv that after four years went out and quit working. Since we had the extra warranty on it Best Buy gave us a new Tv upgrade from what we had.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

The Geek Squad has always been very helpful with any and all my purchases and any issue that I have had. I definitely recommend them.

Have not used yet but wouldn’t buy the tv without purchasing

I have always bought the extended warranty on purchases made at Best Buy, it has been a piece of mind anytime I’ve needed to use the warranty service .It’s always been a positive experience and well worth the money.

Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.

My security. I’m 85 & don’t want to investigate for problems myself.

Honestly, they was on point. I had an appointment. They worked on my phone soon as I arrived. I had 2 issues this year with different phones.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

I spent a lot of time reviewing TVs for my living room and was hesitant about the 4K "hoopla"... well that "hoopla" was gone when I was finally able to watch 4K content on the TV at home. Wow. Great picture and pretty good sound from stock speakers. It's got all the features you want and need at this time. Great value for the money.
