    Poor product and protection plan

    3rd JBL SB400 Soundbar with same exact issue with the subwoofer loosing wireless connection after less than a year of owning all of them. Never unplugged or messed with. They just keep failing. I sent my last one out to be assessed and its now been over 2 weeks and the facility has yet to even receive the equipment that was sent over 2 weeks ago. Im so frustrated at this point that i dont know where to go to buy a good $600 soundbar subwoofer setup that will actually last. I refuse to not get protection plans for this reason and i dont think its right to wait over 2 weeks and counting for a replacement or even a word on whats going on. I am having a big sports party coming up and bought a good quality system for my parties specifically. Extremely frustrating and im definitely looking for a better place to buy quality equipment with better protection plans. The customer service is really dropping dramatically.

If the product still hasn’t been repaired by the time the estimated return date on your service order arrived, I encourage toy to reach out to the store where you sent it out for assistance.

    If you have a friend that can help you setting your tv on a stand don't waste your money on this. These guys came in put the TV in place and couldn't figure out the cable remote and how to set it up and if you want your blue ray player or another device plugged in that will cost another $50

    I have purchased warranty for electronics in the past and I have always been very happy I did I haven't used there warranty plan yet but for the price for 5 year plan it's best to be safe
