I love the way it cleans my floors! Great heat flow and properly cleans any contact

I had an issue with my then product forgot I had protection as it was about to expire my product expired with it stopped working. I thought it will be a hassle but it was quick and simple covered my whole cost on the product since it was not repairable coverage covered the new product just had to pay for extra protection adding 3 more years.

Extended warranties are something that I think are a must in today's environment with extremely delicate electronics and Geek Squad is there to provide the support and service that you need should an issue occur. It is almost always easier to deal with Geek Squad than it is with the manufacturer and that is worth its weight in gold. Who has time to deal with manufacturers directly given how jam packed everyone's lives are? Do not fret at the price, if you need to use the Geek Squad warranty, it will have paid for itself by the time it is over.

I am so thankful that I purchased an extended warranty for the Dyson Ball Animal vacuum cleaner. The vacuum only lasted 16 months:( I returned it to Best Buy where they gave me 2 choices. I could get another on, just like it, free (because of the warranty) or pay the small difference to upgrade to the Dyson Ball Animal 2 Vacuum cleaner. I chose the upgrade hoping that Dyson made modifications to the previous vacuum that I owned.

I bought the 4-year protection plan for a Shark Pro Steam Lift-Away Steam mop. I read that it is a good idea to get a protection plan for steam mops, so even though I usually don’t get a protection plan, I decided to get it in this case. I haven’t had to use the protection plan yet because I haven’t had the steam mop long. However, I have security that my steam mop will be covered if anything goes wrong with it in 4 years. What made this purchase even better is that I got the protection plan on sale!

Geek squad is the best plan. I can always count on them.

I have used geek squad before and it has not been an issue. the items that I purchases have been a little bit out of date over 2 to 3 years old and it's simply been replaced or I have been given a gift card of the equal purchase value so I can get a new one. I would recommend geek squad for electronics because your item is pretty sure to break down past manufacturer's warranty.

I used it when the wired jack went out for some reason. I want my tv wired to get the best speed and avoid buffering. I called and the process was easy to set up an appointment. They came out set up their table and cover. Took the tv down. Replaced the board and put everything back. They hung around to make sure that the network jack worked and the tv was working.

This vacuum cleaner is one of the best I've ever used. It lasts long. I bought the warranty on it as well. I would buy again and definitely recommend to other

I can't express the ease of knowing that if my product has an issues at all I get a full replacement of the identical product or the newest models available to choose from. ALWAYS PAY THE FEW BUCKS EXTRA FOR COVERAGE FOR HASSEL FREE EXCHANGES AND COOPERATION BY BEST BUY TEAM MEMBERS. IVE Been SHOPPING w/the store over 20yrs & I have no complaints.

I purchased a vacuum and purchased this warranty. I had a problem with it not working right, in less than ten minutes I had a new o e and was leaving the store . I had to buy a warranty but if you do want to keep buying Tv', Vacuums, appliances Big or small just pay for the warranty. This is a great investment especially for large families.

I have had flat screen TV sets that I bought at BestBuy go on the fritz, not come on, develop a pink horizontal line, etc. With 4 year standard Geek Squad protection, you just take it back to your store (or any BestBuy), and they either fix it or give you a new set. No boxing it up and paying to ship it back to the manufacturer. Highly recommended!

I know it adds to a finale purchase and sometimes its a lot but believe me its always worth it to have that peace of mind that if anything should go wrong you will always be covered either with a repair, exchange, or you can always upgrade to perhaps something better. I will always recommend you get the Protection Plan.

We would buy this protection every time it is offered - BestBuy really honors their customers when a product fails and does not make it a big hassle to use it. We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.

I had the 4-Year Geek Squad Protection Plan on my previous Dyson Electric upright for the last 4-years. Recently, my upright started giving problems. I scheduled and appointment and returned it to my local Best Buy Geek Squad Store and I was issued a gift card for the full purchase price of my old Dyson with that credit I purchased a new cordless Dyson V8 Animal vacuum. Thank you Geek Squad!!!

I bought the Dyson V7 for my mom years ago and it finally died. Luckily it died a month before the Geek Squad protection plan expired. I brought the broken vacuum in and they gave me a gift card for the full purchase price which I used to buy her the new V11. Also bought the protection plan again but hopefully won't need it.

I purchased this for an older model Dyson that I had to take in for repair. They mentioned that I can trade this in for the newest and better model, just pay the difference. I did just that, and am happy with my purchase. If I should need to take my newer Dyson Vacuum in for repair, I’ll do the same thing and trade it in!!

I can always rely on these people to solve my issues with any of my computers and they even helped me install my Ring doorbell. I had to take one of my computers in to the store because I couldn’t even get it up on line for the remote services. It will save me money to have them upgrade one of my computers next.

The agent was able to mount our 2 70" TV and connect the cable box, Firestix, Chromecast, and DVD player all up to allow me great entertainment in my basement and family room. Also the Geek squad has been doing our computer protection plan. And when i need help they are always so nice over the phone.

Having geek squad protection it’s like having the store on your side so if something happens with the product I have somebody in my corner to help me with that product from electronics like TVs to vacuum cleaners to iPhones a definite must if available to have geek squad protection*****
