We have never been happy with the handheld vacuum in the past. This handheld vacuum is absolutely amazing and I would absolutely purchase this product again. The battery is great and the suction is the best.

I absolutely love the security of having the Geek Squad Protection Plan. The staff at the Heritage Trace Store in Alliance is simply...SUPERB! They are a fine and well put together bunch of people.

Returned dyson v6 after It would not work one day. They didnt have that model any more and gave me a comparable v8 animal and money back because they are cheaper now.

Pretty good deal in terms of warranty I needed to adjust my tv after the first year was able to call geek squad and the man was able to adjust

I think Best Buy has come a long way with the value of adding Geek Squad protection. I would recommend for big purchases to have the safety of knowing you can get the item replaced if something were to go wrong.

If the warranty is offered I buy it and renew it!! Everything that I buy from best buy gets a warranty if it's offered. The customer service is always top notch!

I always get the extended warranty with the cordless stick vacuums because they always seem to break around 2 years. I just bring in the broken one and exchange it for a new one. Great value for this type of item.

I am glad that I purchased the geek squad protection from Best Buy. They exchanged my product with no hassle on sight. Manufacturer warranty would not have exchange because it was wear and tear.

I have used geek squad service multiple times with previous vacuums and other small appliances, if something goes wrong, they usually just full refund to get something new even after a year, uh yes sign me up.

Every item you buy in BB should be protected. You get a peace of mind and they fix or replace what needs to be fixed or replaced. Love this service.

Whenever I buy something I always get a two year warranty at least they have always taken care of me and it is a dependable Warranty to have except it can be a pain in the butt if you buy a cell phone

Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.
