    Just got my new tv. Was using an older 1 given to me and it went out. I made sure to buy the protection plan so if something happened I knew I'd be covered for any help I'd needed!!

    My last tv screen went black and I thought I was doomed. Here goes another $1000 on a tv. When it wasn’t even that old! But I have to thank my past self for buying geek squad. They were able to order parts and have them shipped. We were serviced during the pandemic and they took all the precautions! Ultimately my TV wasn’t salvageable so I was given a credit toward my next purchase! High recommend to everyone.

    Really makes me feel better knowing I have geek squad service on my item. I don’t have to worry about calling the television manufacturer if something goes wrong. And I trust Best Buy Geek Squad to make things more simple than the tv warranty would.

    5 Year Warranties Are Smart

    Always good to get 5 year warranty. I had a Plasma TV 15 years ago that went up on me with 2 weeks remaining on a five year warranty and Best Buy offered me a comparable replacement TV or value applied to an upgrade. I upgraded and enjoyed the hugely applied discount and TV.

    Always nice to have the option for help if something goes wrong! Haven’t needed it yet (fingers crossed) but best to always cover yourself just in case with these big purchases!

    Good insurance for a tv. Come out and repair or replace. Didn’t like that it was double the cost of TV protection that was on $200 less than

    Had some a problem arise with a product. Geek squad took care of it immediately over the phone. Unfortunately had to replace it but they did it fast and without any problems at all!! They exceeded my expectations!

    I always get the geek squad protection plan. It was a breeze submitting a claim 2 WEEKS before it expired. Geek squad attempted to repair my tv and when they couldn’t I was given store credit to purchase a new ones no questions asked.

    Peace of mind to know we are perfected way past the manufactured warranty as well as the store warranty. Our tv went out after 4 yrs and knowing we’re covered more than the expected life of the product is peace of mind

    I have not had to use this yet (just bought the TV), but I have heard nothing but good things about this service. And at only $49.00 for 5 years I thought it was a real bargain.

    A must have for my 4K TVs

    Protecting my investment on 4K TVs is a must, and purchasing the Geek Squad's 5-year warranty on each TV is a no-brainer. I did this in the past and it totally paid off when my much older set had issues before the protection plan was over. They replaced my entire set with a brand new one years ago. It pays off in the long run, trust me!

    I've used several geek squad contracts to service my products. I haven't had any issues and the service level and response times have been great. The technical support and competency level is very good.
