Excellent TV. Best Buy always has the best prices and services.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

I’ve found it necessary to use one - service was excellent and Best Buy honored all requirements with no issues. Great service!

2 years coverage for ~$100 seems like a great offer for product support from Bestbuy

Always A must have with your Electronics purchase Best Buy has the Best GEEK SQUAD Technicians around if u ever have any troubles make sure u buy the 5 Yr proection a must have that way anything goes wrong your covered.

Excellent. I have purchased it many times. Used it on a smartwatch and tv. Both times super easy. No questions asked store credit. Gotta love Best Buy. Always top notch customer service.

The only thing that I say is bad is I purchased only for 2 years I would always do t he 5 year plan because it is safer to be protected and have your mind at ease if anything should go wrong with your product you know it will be fix! Great Service!

I purchased this geek squad 2-year Standard Protection to complement my Samsung TV to save me some money on the service of my Smart TV , guess what I haven't had a need to use it yet great TV , but it's nice to have the insurance ,very satisfied

A must add on with new equipment. Even if you don’t even use it, it’s worth it for the peace of mind.

I think everyone should get this protection from the Geek Squad. They are very good and attentive to your needs. They absolutely know what they are doing and do their job well!! I hope to never use it on my resent purchase, but I did use it once on my 72" tv a few years ago and it paid off. They couldn't fix the tv so they replaced it with a brand new one. So worth getting the protection for a few hundreds than losing thousands of $.

The replacement under warranty was unbelievably easy. I always purchase extended warranties on big ticket items, thankfully my TV was still under warranty when it went out.

I purchased the warranty for my last Sony TV and was handled professionally to get me up and enjoying my new Sony A80L television.

It is a great price for two years of service to protect my TV. My only complaint would be that if you have an issue with a TV the wait time can be up to 4 weeks. For me living in a small place and having only one TV this is an issue.
