So far geek squad has been very helpful with all my purchases. Best Buy’s automated phone tree experience could definitely be improved but when I finally get a person they are always well informed and helpful.

These items are expensive. Why not make sure your protected.

They do well at geek squad and fulfill their mission. I refer my friends and family to them regularly.

I recently purchased a tv and wanted that extra piece of mind. My kids are using it with their playstation so its really being used. The protection is a plus.

My TV has gave me very good service. No repairs. LG is the best.

Love the protection plan from best buy. Specially on electronics.

I haven't had to use this service yet but having it gives me piece of mind knowing if i have a problem with my equipment it will be replaced and or repaired at the very least.

I always make sure to get geek squad protection with every item that has the option. Honestly the protection is the only reason I always buy from Best Buy.

Rather be safe then sorry. Plus if the tv gets damaged and it’s out of date Best Buy will give you the credit you paid for the tv to a new one

I buy protection on all products I purchase from Best Buy as they will either fix or replace anything that is protected if something goes wrong or it is faulty

I love this company, the people working very well.

Whenever I have computer issues I can call and they remotely correct the issue

Every product that I purchased from Best Buy has a protection plan. When my Lab top went down Geek Sqaud was there to fix in a jiffy. And the plan is affordable.
