Hopefully we won't need to use this warranty but wanted to make sure we had it just in case.. I'm so tired of buying stuff they come with a 1 year warranty after the 1 year warranty they fall apart.

A no brainer for OLED TVs as it covers screen burn in (image retention)

Exellent! So glad I did this. Pros fast, came out and diagnosed within a week, replaced my tv great customer service stateside. WELL worth the cost. Cons call center transferred overseas dropped calls twice after long wait times. Couldnt purchase protection plan over the phone for replacement had to go into Best Buys store to repurchase.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

They cleaned up everything after they were done no fuss just hard work

So far have not had to use them but bought this with other high end purchases will surely ease your mind on things especially if you are buying items worth up to and past $200.

I was interested in this product because of the price and the brand. I haven't had any problems for more than 6 years and it was a Christmas gift for father in-laws.

Good protection for worry free purchase. We got a Hisense TV and worried about it’s longevity so purchased the extra insurance just in case. However the TV had so many problems out of the box we returned it within the 14 days.

Always get the geek squad protection. Had to use it once nad it paid off in a bug way.

The Geed Squad service was outstanding! The representatives communicated frequently to let me know the status of their arrival, and were professional during the service call.

I bought a TV in 2017 and also purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty. I know some people will say warranties usually expire before you need them, but in this case, I was so glad I had it. The old TV suddenly stopped working, Geek Squad sent someone to check it out, it could not be repaired, so they replaced it with a new TV. I purchased another 5 year warranty for this new TV.

TV was pricy but has a great picture and works just fine. I wanted to hook up RCA stereo jacks from my stereo and this TV would do it by use of the ear phone jack. Many of the new TV's won't let you connect RCA jacks but Sony does! Streaming TV shows and 1080 or better cable look fantastic! The only thing I was disappointed about was it went on sale the day after I was eligible for price match. Literally went on sale the next day that would have saved me $50.00.

I purchased the 5 year Warranty on a Sharp TV. WITH 2 months left on the Warranty , it woukdnot start. BESTBUY replacec the TV when it was unable to be replaced. Great purchase. Great price.

This was a great deal included in new tv/soundbar purchase.
