    Bought protection plan when I bought the TV. Within 6 months, power surge fried the HDMI port, even with grade A surge protector. Called for service and was back up and running within a week. Beats having to go shell out the $$ for another TV.

    In my experience I always get geek squad because once They fixed my tv 3 times and finally they gave me store credit almost the same price that I paid 2 years ago. With the store credit I bought a bigger tv and the newest technology

    I really like this service because Best Buy always takes care of their Customers and very friendly Geek Squad staff willing to help people with their products. Good choice for warranty and protections as well.

    Never had to use it but glad I have it, ease of mind just in case something goes wrong. Suggested for OLED and appliances that use water.

    Excellent Value, they take care of you right away. It is definitely worth every penny specially since the quality of the tvs have gone down the hill.

    Like a favour for love best by perception friends hassle free if anything happens all you have to do is bring in need if they can't fix it they will replace the I never had

    TV only lasted 2 years!

    I brought the Hisense 70" Tv and it was working fine until it started blinking in and out and finally it will not come on at all. The sad part about it the TV quit working 2 weeks after the 2 year protection plan expired. I thought that we would get some kind brake or grace period but they told me I was just stuck with the repairs! 2 weeks? I think I should have been given a break!

    This is a great $ saving program for those of us who are tech challenged. Had an issue with sound and remote set up for TV. Geek squad came promptly and fixed the problem with no charge as it was within 60 days of purchase.

    You can never go wrong with Best Buys geek squad service. I always purchase even though to date their products have outlived them. Money well spent for that extra security.
