I usually don't buy the warranty but this one has already replaced a big TV that failed. Saved me over $800.00

Don’t risk it. When you buy a TV most of us expect to have them for multiple years because it’s an investment. Get the warranty and protect yourself for the future of your TV especially if you’re buying OLED because it covers Burn In.

Don't know yet. If tcl doesn't warranty my tv we will see what Geek squad does. Geek squad doesn't kick in until tcl's non existent warranty ends.

The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!

They were able to diagnose the problem on the phone and able to come out to fix the problem in 2 days.

I purchased the insurance when i Purchased my daughter tv. Her tv inexplicably got a very thin green line on the screen. I called geek squad and set an appointment to take in the tv. They gave us a new. Painless and quick exchange.

Great warranty feature when something is not your fault. The only thing that does not cover is if its your fault such as dropping something or breaking it on purpose, but sure is helpful with laptops to avoid internal system breaks.

The first TV worked for about 4 days and had to be returned. I have had this TV for about 6 month’s and have had no issues so far. Best Buy picked up the bad Tv and brought me the new Tv to my residence and I live about 1 1/2 away from any Best Buy.

The agents quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. Very professional and explained how everything worked. Setup universal remote and ensured everything worked correctly.

It’s a warranty! And it’s for 5 whole years! I mean, it’s pretty self explanatory, but if you get an oled tv it is important to note that this does cover the burn in effect that sometimes happens from static images.

You gotta have protection for your products. I understand we have the warranty from Lg tv but, you can never be too safe now a days. That’s the reason I bought the extended protection plan through Best Buy and it’s well worth it

I think it is a 50/50 thing when it comes to warranty and Geek squad. The tv is expensive under a good discount. Getting a warranty is not a bad idea. Seriously what if…! Just like to be on the safe side.
