Dead Pixels are a small fraction of failures, but things like wear and tear and surge protection are always a factor. I've dealt with BBY on a previous failure and everything went smoothly.

We had a smart tv that had an issue that couldn't be repaired, so they replaced it for the full amount we paid for it! Totally worth it.
