So glad I bought this service two years ago. My television started to have some lines appear. I called and got connected with a rep that assisted me in resolution. Since my TV was no longer available, they offered a full refund or to apply it to an upgraded television. Of course I chose to upgrade. They came and picked up my old television and brought me my new one. Since this great experience, I will always buy my expensive electronics from Best Buy and spend the extra money for this type of service. Thanks, Geek Squad.

After having a TCL go out within a year and still owing on it without purchasing a warranty, made us reconsider purchasing the warranty for our new Samsung. Therefore the reason for switching to Samsung definitely purchase this warranty this time around. Won’t make the same mistake again. The warranty offers more than just a warranty benefit.

I think having a Best Buy geek squad protection for five years is a relief I need which is a lifesaver! Because without the warranty I would not be able to upgrade before and even now when sometime the OLED might have burn in issue but now with the newer TV this is not a prominent issue is less of a concern did before with improved OLED technology I would say technology is advancing at a faster rate than we can understand but amazing!

We turn it on every time we sit down and we absolutely enjoy our shows and movies even more. It offers 3 modes for sounds: news, theatre and standard. Multiple ways to connect the device too: bluetooth, HDMI, USB, AUX and several more. HDMI was the easiest for us. Love it and we can use our TV remote or the remote that comes with the sound bar to control the device.

A nice television set is an investment, and this protection plan is absolutely worth every penny to protect thst investment. Have you ever priced repairing or replacing a faulty HDMI port of Coaxial input? After one repair, this plan easily pays for itself and BestBuy's Geek Squad have never let me down!

I purchased the 5 year geek squad option for peace of mind but i doubt i will need it, for the cost of the 5 year plan you cant beat the value and peace of mind that if something does go wrong with my pioneer smart tv i have geek squad support to resolve the issue at hand

Geek Squad quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately parts no longer available, but with the protection plan was quickly able to replace the tv with one that is far superior. Money well spent, and opted for one on the replacement. Best Buy and Geek Squad earns 5+ stars

I have had a long standing Geek Squad relationship for other products purchased through Best Buy. I have had great service both in CT and FL and so I choose to purchase it for this TV as well.

I’ll get a protection plan from now on and all big purchases. I spent over $550 for a new tv and less than 2 years later it stopped working and I was able to upgrade bigger and better under warranty. Only paid out of pocket a DISCOUNTED price for a new 5 year warranty!

Geek SQUAD transferred all information and sights over from older laptop to new Lenovo laptop efficiently, completely, and quicker than expected. Then explained it all and set up security features with me. No charges because of my membership. BARRY

The agent mounted my TV AND CONNECTED TV to all my devices. Everything working perfectly with both XFINITY plus Samsung Plus TV I only had to learn how to use the Samsung remote but was familiar with XFINITY remote

Always purchase a BB extended warranty with a big purchase. Of anything happens, BB will fix it or replace it with little to no deductible. I got the 2 yr plan.

I got the protection plan just as a precaution when buying an open-box TV I didn’t plan to keep. The TV failed in under 10 days, and they gave me a full refund—including the Geek Squad plan cost. It was worth it, even if the return might have gone through anyway.

when it comes to household or entertainment I will only purchase at Best Buy, as there geek squad protection plans are inexpensive and are always completely backed up.
