Haven't used it yet so don't know how to really review.

I always like purchasing warranties for all my electronics since things can happen and Geek squad makes it easy for you to repair or replace your item by simply giving you a store credit so you can buy another device even though you buy a tv for a certain price years later you will still get the money you paid at that time which makes it easier because there will be better TVs for the same price as the old one you have.

This protection has been absolutely wonderful to have!

Good plan for the TV. Hopefully, nothing will happen.

From the start, I was treated fantastically. They brought out my TV in 5 minutes, helped me load it. The TV is fantastic. The setup was easy, and the picture is perfect. I would recommend this to everyone.

Would get this again for expensive purchases so i dont have to pay full price for another one

Ended up needing to use the service with dead pixels on the TV purchased. They replaced TV with a newer model and credited me back the difference of the price between the old/new one. Great experience.

Get the warranty. Its totally worth the few extra bucks

Good to have if ever needed, hoping that I don’t and my product continues past 5 years.

When 1080p was new I made the leap and spent $3k on a plasma and a 5 year protection plan, that tv went in for repair twice and on the third was replaced apples for apples, I still have the replacement today (now a bedroom tv), in 2017 made the leap to 4K and also got a 5 year Geek Squad plan and here we are 3 years later with a burnt out LED light, and today was replaced with a different brand and model, bought another 5 year plan. If I didn’t have any of this the 1 year manufacturer warranty would have left me outta luck with everything and I woulda been screwed, was it worth it? YES!

I purchased the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection for my last T.V., which could not be fixed. The warranty process went very smooth and quick. After the geek squad determined my T.V. could not be fixed, I was given store credit of the original price to purchase a different T.V.

The agent was professional and kind he explained everything to me about what was wrong with my fridge

Purchasing the 5yr protection insurance paid off! My 65' Samsung tv is being replaced due to technical issues after owning it about 1 year..well worth the $$

Haven't needed maintenance but glad to know the protection is there should I need it.

Really easy setup, sounds nice and brightness is perfect. Works really well in for a bedroom. The only downside is the sound is a little distorted when you turn it up past a certain point.

Technician was expert on set up and removal of old TV set. Additionally was professional in his approach to explaining to me the how of operating new TV set.

Geek squad never disappoints. They are able to fix jut about anything.

Have used them recently and they are awesome. They know their stuff.
