PURCHASED TV 2016 WITH GEEK SQUAD SERVICE. TV LOST PICTURE JAN 2021. INFORMED GEEK SQUAD THEY GAVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER FOR COMPANY TO MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR REP TO COME TO MY HOUSE TO CK TV (50 INCH). IT COULDNT BE REPAIRED, THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME WITH MASK, THEY CONTACTED ME I CHOOSE TO RECEIVE BEST BUY GIFT CARD! I PURCHAED ANOTHER TV WITH 5 YEAR GEEK SQUAD SERVICE. SMALL PRICE FOR GOOD SERVICE!!!! THANK YOU

Definitely worth the investment, just in case your electronics decides to quit working. They even helped put the legs on my recently purchased tv, which would not go in where they were supposed to go. They figured out that they were somehow damaged. The tech went & found another tv, replaced entire tv & assembled the legs in store. Before leaving store, he made sure that tv was working without any problems. Definitely a great investment. Thank you Countryside IL store, great personnel working there placing customers first!!!!

I bought this Samsung Q60AAFXZA TV on October 3rd, 2021, it runs off by itself on the same day after three year. I guess they put a timer on it to stop operating.

Every aspect of this tv is far superior to almost all of the tvs I own or have owned! Picture, sound .and antenna reception is 4star ! I sincerely would recommend this tv to anyone who needs a tv that won’t break the bank but provides Superior performsnce

Excellent T.V. while it lasted. Unfortunately on the 5th year anniversary the TV crashed out. It started with an unable to connect to wifi network message and a couple of months later the screen gave out.

I purchased the extended warranty on my first Samsung television from Best Buy. Had a problem with the television. The warranty decided television was unable to be repaired. Gave me credit for the original purchase price. Got a new Samsung television. This coverage is well worth the money. Thanks

I was disappointed in the technician who did not even try to adjust the flesh tones on my new tv. Just pushed on exchanging the TV. Need better training.

TV has been great, but has developed a yellow spot in the center of the display over the last few months. Upon research, it was discovered that this is. Common issue with this series of display. Delivery was prompt and individuals were very professional.

I was given all the information I needed when my tv went out unfortunately the make was no longer making that size tv so I had to replace it but I had the warranty and it work out. It’s true that sometimes you won’t use it but it’s better safe than sorry.

I have not use it and I hope I wont use it but I read that they are great.
