You absolutely MUST get a 5 year SERVICE PLAN when purchasing SAMSUNG SMART TVs because my last two TVs went in 2 years and 3 years. It's truly a NO BRAINER.

No electronic household device should be without geek squad protection!! The squad is well run, knowledgeable, responsive,courteous, clean. They take the responsibilities of their job seriously as well as client satisfaction!! We have been working with geek squad members since 2006 & highly recommended this technical service.

Thank God I have not had to use the insurance but on other occasions I have used it with other items and it has been a blessing

Always get the protection plan. It’s worth it because you never know with how stuff is built these days

On my roku tv i made sire i took the protection plan because my last tv i never put , so i learned my lesson.

My TV was poorly packaged and arrived broken and cracked. One call to the Geek Squad and arrangements were made for it to be picked up and returned for a full refund on the TV and 5 year protection plan.

I purchased this for a little peace of mind. Because the oled tv is a little more expensive I didn't want to have to worry about any problems that might pop up.

This gives me piece of mind for 5 years of my TV should have any issues. The price was very cost effective for the term I'm receiving. Very good deal!

Had no real issues with the TV except for a very occasional mute effect. I would need to turn it off and on again. I had bought a warranty for it and BB came through

Every warranty on anything that you buy from bestbuy it's really worth every penny!!!. Have always get it on every item that I've bought and it has become so useful, casue bestbuy always respects the warranty and exchanges anything that has problems for a new one without hesitation, I personally really recommend it!!!!!.

Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.

I've been buying Geek Squad Service Protections for every purchase over $250 for 20 years! I've only had to use it once...but that ONE time, I saved the cost of I don't know how many protection plans for how many products! I advise everybody who asks to always get the added warranty protection!

I had bought a Vizio tv where it would shut of intermittently so I called Vizio they were no help. So bought a new Samsung tv I love this thing to death always purchase a extended warranty I hope I don’t have to use mine but if I do I know I’ll be covered! :)

Love the fact that I can get it fixed. My other tv had a black shadow do if it happens to this one...i kno geek squad got me!

Vivian great tech. 100%. She had everything hooked up in no time. And explained how to use my remote.

I purchased this extended warranty because it covers parts and labor as well as in home repair. Even covers damage from lightning! One repair in the five year coverage and it will pay for itself.

I signed on because their terms were good and I will have piece of mind. Nothing is predictable witha new product. I haven't had any issue so far but they sent an email to check on the product.
