I recently was able to get a brand new replacement Smart TV from Best Buy because I had this plan! I usually do buy extended protection plans and have never regretted doing so--especially when I hear friends and family say they have expensive repairs on electronics that are out of warranty.

Good extended warranty for a good price hopefully I’ll never have to use it

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

Worth having it, and you can get a pro-rated refund if you don’t need it anymore.

I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

Best thing about the plan is that it covers burn-in on OLED screens! Totally worth it if you’re using your screen as a monitor.

Had a burn spot in my tv and they couldn't fix it so gave me full credit amount to buy new T.V. no hassle will always buy this plan from them because of how professional they were with helping us and honoring what they said

Best chioce if you have kids in your home..they cover all major issues and breakage

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

Agents set up my new tv. However, it was frustrating getting them to come to my house. Miscommunications happened several times. But, overall, techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

An agent brought our new TV to our hone and set it up. He was fast, thorough. Before we bought this TV, we needed a Tech to come to our home to check out the TV. A problem was identified and repairs made, all on our schedule. They came when we needed them. So grateful for this service.

When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case
