You can never go wrong getting the warranty! Definitely worth it!

I had such a pleasant man come and bring my tv. He was very knowledgeable about it. He kept me updated when he was going to be arriving and where he was at in his schedule.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

A. They didnt laugh at us when we needed their hlep because we couldnt open the remote to put the batteries in B. Professional and knowledgeable

Geek Squad was accommodating in that they replaced my 5 year warranty that was purchased in April of 2017 and gave me a new one that started with my new TV purchased October 2020, they had to replace since my old tv that I purchased in April 2017 was damaged when it was sent to be repaired by Geek Squad.

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

I always believe in purchasing extended warranty on expensive items and this TCL 65" Q TV was no exception. In the past whenever I had problems with my other TV's, etc. the Geek Squad was right there to make things right saving me a lot more $ than the Best Buy protection cost. It really is a good investment.

So because of my C1 TV just shutting off I decided to get this extra protection plan to protect my C2 TV for an extra year, hopefully I don’t have any problems so far so good

I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.

Appreciate having the protection of Geek Squad! The ease with them is great.

This television has been great for our families movie nights

Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

I decided to buy extra protection for my tv and chose the 2 year warranty. I figured buying a floor model it was worth it for the extra protection and I wasn’t wrong. I was having issues with the smart tv connecting to WiFi and simply scheduled an appointment and dropped it off for repair. The turn around was great and the best thing is that there was no cost to me.

Just for the overall piece of mind I would implore people to buy the extended warranty on ALL major electronics purchases! You have such a great knowable staff with the Geek Squad just waiting to help you in all aspects of your life with such product! It has been a lifesaver to this family of mine in the past which is why we always buy the coverage!
