Always best to have geek squad for every purchase you buy

I never had any problems with customer service In my visits they were very responsive and courteous and helpful

Geek Squad has always come through for me in the past, it just made sense to go with the protection plan on this purchase as well!

First TV I purchased didn't work. Geek squad checked it real quick to verify the problem. Was quickly replaced by the technician.

Reasonable pricing and an extensive warranty plan.

awesome tv , a huge upgrade of the one have years ago, no we can enjoy watching series and movies, so easy to setup

Geek Squad product protection plans are a MUST! It's great having the this plan because accidents happen! The Squad is always knowledgeable as well. I always buy a protection plan with items I purchase from Best Buy. It's such a great service offered!

Very happy to have the peace of mind of a 5 year plan and if something goes wrong I know it'll be addressed correctly.

I've used this on 2 previous Samsung TVs. All went out at the 2 year mark(both replaced by Geek Squad). Purchased a Sony OLED with 5 year protection and already passed the 2 year mark so all is good!

The agents installed my TV on the wall and connected it to the new sound bar. I am very pleased with the agents. The were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have used Geek Squad for over 10 years and am always satisfied.

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my smart tv for $59 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it . Where now paying $59 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think thats a no brainer.

When I first got this five year warranty. I was skeptical but it was a 70 inch screen TV and I thought if Something Happens in five years at least I can get a new one. And sure enough before the five year warranty was up I had a new TV.

The Geek Squad protection plan is the best money can buy. It will certainly pay for itself if you need it. Nothing will last forever, but the protection will be there for you. Don't hesitate to get the protection.

Purchased over a year ago and still going strong. No lines or bad leds Would purchase again! Recommend this item.

Hope i don't need the protection. I wonder if they give you extra time if you have to wait a month for something that was in stock.
