I got this 5 year plan because Geek squad is always there when you need them they fix my tv and laptop this protection help me in so many different ways in saying money.

Hopefully i never need the protection but we will see

Seriously. Buy the protection plan for any Best Buy purchases over $40. It's nearly hassle free to get things taken care of, and, at least for me personally, convenience and peace of mind are worth every penny.

Never have any trouble with the insurance plans.....

I have had geek squad for years and out of all the warranty and service plans I have ever had, geek squad has all ways been there for me and I have always been satisfied.

It's nice that Best Buy offers coverage for their products. I went with 5-yr knowing that it'll be covered if anything happens and so in about that time it may be time for the next upgrade to television so I'm good til then!

If my nephew breaks his printer than I won't be out the money to get him another one. If he is like the rest of his family this will be money well spent.

The agents were nice and courteous. They always answer my questions and have solutions to any problem I encounter with my products.

Geek Squad Service is good to have when you need it. I usually buy it for new computer equipment, but it can be used with all products.
