    Geek Squad Extended Warranty

    I highly recommend Geek Squad extended warranty. I have had 2 TVs fail which, were covered by the warranty. Best Buy replaced both TVs no problem. All I had to do was make the phone call; the new TV was delivered, and the old TV taken away. In fact, I upgraded the last time and just had to pay the difference.

    Geek squad is the best part of shopping at Best Buy. When I go in to the store they are always helpful and work with me to resolve questions or problems. When they come out to set up or correct problems they are courteous, competent and are able to demonstrate how the product works. For those of us who are not good at technology they are a very valuable resource. Just know that if you need help during covid they are very hard to reach by phone - it is far better to go into the store in person and speak directly to one of the techs.

    Great sound bar and is still work ! Bestbuy workers did fantastic helping me find the right one for my 75” Samsung tv!

    Geek squad warranty is overpowered

    Sounds like I'm an add but after I started getting these warranties I realized how amazing they really were. If something doesn't charge right they fix it/trade it in for a newer item, if you drop it they fix it/get you a new and or better one, even if you plug it into the wrong power brick and fry the device like I did to my old 3ds they'll let you trade it in for the new 3ds. No matter if it's a 50$ alexa that gets knocked off the table by your cat or a 1500$ tv that jumps off the wall they'll help and get you back up and running.

    You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

    I have never been disappointed with any LG item I have purchased, and this one is no different. Easy set up out of the box as well as easy to connect the AppleTV and LG soundbar. The picture quality is perfect, as is the size. I would definitely buy another.

    BUY THE PROTECTION. Every single time I have purchased it, it has saved me. Multiple TVs have gone out and my Dyson vacuum.. they literally refund you your entire purchase amount to a gift card to buy a new one. If they’re able to fix it, they’ll come to you and fix it. SO BEYOND WORTH IT.

    As luck would have it my issue was about to be resolved and then bam Covid hit and stores were closed. Even through all of this they took care of me. I was eligible for a product exchange and so I selected it from the website not being able to go into the store. But not having the benefit of a product demo and information to help me make my decision like would be done when physically shopping in the store, they sent someone to do that for me in my home when things opened back up to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. Thank you Best Buy every time!

    Dropped TV and Damaged Home….

    I purchased an 85in TV on October 15th. On November 4th the installation team came to remove our current TV and wall mount and install the new wall mount and new TV. In the process they dropped our TV, damaged our wall, shelf, fireplace and floor. I have been trying to get a manager on the phone since then, it’s now 11/10. They have reordered the TV but we cannot get them to schedule another appointment to install. Also, the installation team left us with our old TV and wall mount uninstalled. So then my husband had to reinstall everything they removed on his own. This will be the last time I purchase from Best Buy.
