Haven't had to use the extended warranty as of yet. Feel secure however in case the TV breaks

I have always purchased the service plans for all my equipment. It is easy to just bring in your defective unit for the replacement. And by extending your warranty, it saves you on new tv purchase.

If you ever have a problem with your product you can guarantee the first thing that is asked by the employee is did you purchase the gsp? And if yes then there’s no issue getting you taken care of.

Great tech service for all technology appliances you purchase they do they best And they make sure to tell you what things are needed and are going to be done for them to be able to fix the appliances

I'm thankful that I don't have to worry for several years that my TV is gonna break down. My previous TV died just a little over a year, and of course I didn't get the warranty that time! Learned my lesson.

Good tv for the cost. Picture and sound good quality and easy to hang.

The Geek guy was excellent. Very nice. Set up the TV very quickly and connected to the internet. I just don't know enough to know how to ask the questions. I'm sure I'll be contacting them soon. Nice to have access to an IT squad.
