I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

It works great in the kitchen area. Picture quality is also great

With Best Buy store nearby to us and qualified Techs, I not worried for 5 years now about this TV warranty, instead of going for Samsung Warranty

I bought the warranty just in case. I have not had to use it because the TV was so high quality but I did call with a question and they were great.

Good experience with the extra warranties on electronics, so a good value for the cost. I have used this type of warranty a month before the expire date with success.

Glad I got this coverage on my past television. TV crashed within 3 years. No question replacement delivered to door.
