Purchased this for my new SONY OLED TV. Have had this service before, and it becomes very handy when your new electronic device you just spent over 1K on brakes right on the 1 year mark. If financially suitable, would definitely recommend.

I always purchase a geek squad protection plan but I hate the exaggerated price, specially on protection plans for video game consoles, laptops, TVs and other expensive products, please lower the price and a lot!

I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. I travel a lot and have needed the protection. Best Buy has always been there no matter where I am in the country. My product was always fixed or replaced without any problems.

Whenever anything goes wrong with a product, this plan definitely comes in handy! Not many of my purchases end up without this plan! The service desk is always understanding, and always willing to do whatever they can to take care of their members.

Love this tv. Its so clear and no issues at all. Its big and so affordable. Great tv for the price.

Always got to get the protection plan. You never know when you’ll need it

I think the protection plans are best because they cover everything and geek squad doesn’t cover certain things on your tv so get the protection plan covers everything!

Reminded us to utilize their service. Gave us notifications to maximize their services.

The agent mounted my tv and all the equipment connection

They replaced my Tv with no issues. Just had them come out take a look at it and told me they would replace it no problem!

Unfortunately I have had to use this on the last 3 TV's I purchased from Best buy but because I had the plan Replacement was simple even 4 years into it. They were neat and professional.

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

I have had to file claims over the last few years and Geek Squad has never disappointed. Whether it was replacing a TV remote or a cell phone screen, they got me back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. I buy Geek Squad protection for most of my big Best Buy purchases

if you purchase a geek squad warranty, you did a right thing, all that i purchased in best buy i bought along a geek squad protection and its a rewarding thing for me and the products,, they will fix it and the technician is good, a very knowledgeable to the product,, two thumbs up for you geek squad team..

this is the third year in a row that I've belonged to the GS service. so easy when computer idiot here cannot get something to go right or just to even have a tune-up done every couple of months. does require you to be semi-present at computer to talk with your live agent, but worth it.
