Excellent, it looks good, the sound is good and it is about 1 inch, I like it a lot.

I'm glad I bought the service plan on my Sony TV. It stopped working and I replaced it with a Samsung almost for free. I was very happy about that!!! I wish the remaining years of the old plan could transfer to the new plan, but they don't.

I always always always get protection. I have a little one, plus pets, PLUS accidents are bound to happen more often when you DON’T have protection. So far Best Buy protection plans have helped tremendously, especially on my child’s tablet.

Good offer got this as pack with TCL tv, it was very good.

The color on my TV started to fail so I called. Long story short they replaced the set right away.

No-brainer. Purchased one on a 65" Samsung TV for the living room and it started having dead pixels and it was repaired and and looks as good as it did new. Hoping won't need this one on this new TV; but it is great having peace of mind.

I feel very comfortable having this protection. I used it for a past item and my questions are always answered, and issues resolved!

Haven’t had to use but do know from past experiences that the geek squad is very good. Always helpful and will replace if item cannot be fixed. Option I would recommend on appliances, etc. depending on cost of item and geek squad price

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

Haven’t had to use it but glad I got it for my new Hisense TV. I don’t know much about the brand so I thought it was a safe bet

Purchased protection service for TCL TV, but (fortunately) haven't had to use it yet. The TV was a Black Friday sale, and the 5 year protection plan was affordable. Peace of mind in case I have any issues with the TV in the next 5 years.

Pickup at store was so easy. Squad was assertive and very kind.
