Geek squad cleaned up a virus on my computer. I always have great service with them. Would highly recommend getting the maintenance agreement for all your appliances and computers!

I normally get this protection because it's better having it and not need it, than needing it and not have it. I have used this protections some times and the service that I have received is excellent. You get the service as promised when you buy it.

Paid for it's self best buy did a exchange on my television which broke after a year . Well worth the investment.
