Great guys on geek squad much prefer over contractors

I've used the Geek Squad previously to mount my 65' inch TV and they did an excellent job. This is the first time that I've purchased an extended warranty for my TV through Best Buy. I was told by a family friend the service is excellent just in case my TV begins to act up.

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

I've purchased this service since buying my 1st computer 15 years ago and renewed constantly because at my age I don't understand nor do I have the knowledge to figure out my 'BooBoo's without the help from Geek Squad...Thank You Geek Squad!

Good piece of mind purchase. My parents used this service on failed tv and had no issues whats so ever.

I live my total Tech Geek Squad plan. Whenever I have a question or need help with any of my devices BB Geek Squad is always there to help me. TV's, Tablets, Desk Top, and even my cell phone. They can fix it all! I wouldn't be without this plan!

The delivery guy was nice, professional and carried the TV with care.

I purchased this for my big screen Vizio tv. The sound would go out but picture remained. I called geek squad, whk sent out z 3rd party repair in a couple days and he replaced the bad motherboard a week later.

I like that this is available because anything happens to the item and right away they are available to fix it

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

Good for if I need it, but a bit disappointing from their other coverage plans. Most of their other protection plans include accidental damage so if you bump into it or your pets run wild or something happens to it, they'll replace the item. But unsurprisingly as items get more expensive, they drop that option in their protection plans such as this one. I just hope if anything happens to the actual product itself that is a result of regular use, it's actually covered in this plan.

Feel comfortable knowing we have tech support and repair capabilities. Good value

Just bought a 58" Vizio 4K Smart TV, and added this 5 year extended IN-HOME service warranty, for $99.00. We have Geek Squad Protection on ALL our Best Buy products.... laptops, tv's, cameras, etc. Haven't used any of the warranties, yet, but they are in place, if necessary. For a $500.00 tv, that's only $20.00 per year..... pretty cheap "insurance", huh?!

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

After unboxing my TV a couple weeks after delivery, I found that it would not turn back on after the initial set-up. Geek Squad was amazing, and provided me with a new unit in less than 24 hours!!
