Purchased the 5 year protection plan from the Geek Squad. Hope we never have to use it, but it gives us peace of mind.

The geek squad is my go to team for everything. I buy all my products at Best Buy and cover it with the geek squad full protection plan

I like having a piece of mind should anything go wrong.

I have a rest of mind knowing that if there’s anything going wrong with my setup, I’ll have a timely response from the Geek Squad to repair or replace the faulty parts.

Geek squad is amazing and have helped alot with electronic issues.

Always buy the warranty with electronics. I regret buying this Roku tv and will buy a better brand next time.

So far haven’t had to use it but good to know I’m covered

,,,,That's what they say right ? Well, After spending $3,300 on a brand new Television , I didn't want to spend another $600 on top of that for Insurance. But then I thought about it,,,,,,,,,,,What if this Television had electrical issues,,,,,,,,say,,,,,,1 year and 2 months from now ??? What would I do then ? I mean it would be outta warranty then. All I know is that for spending THAT KIND OF MONEY , I want to make sure that I'm covered way past the manufacturers warranty,,,,,,So I bought the 5 year plan,,,,,,,,,,,,,Also came with a piece of mind for the next 5 years. Don't you end up regretting NOT getting it.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE NEW TV. THE GEEK SQUAD WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND SETTING UP THE EQUIPMENT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND WOULD RECCOMENT THEM TO EVERYONE. I WILL ALWYS SHOP AT BEST BUY.

Geek squad has always gone above and beyond for anything I need help with.

I mounted my TV to a TV stand mount. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty with it. The one thing I didn't know is when you do purchase the extended warranty it runs side by side with the manufacturer warranty which I didn't know it did it that way. I thought it started after the manufacturer warranty ended but it doesn't. So he sure to ask questions about that.

The squad unhooked water and removed the old refrigerator- they had to take off the doors in order to get it out of the kitchen. They put it in the driveway for later pIckup by PNM for recycling. Then they installed the new refrigerator and hooked it up to the water supply. They made sure it was level and placed properly in the space. The squad was very helpful and professional. Excellent work!!

I’m happy with this protection, I have two kids and need it really I just got a new Remote Tv because it was removed by my kids and Geek Squad paid for it

Our first TV has multiple programs; Best Buy told us we could return it and come in and choose a new TV. TV problems was NOT Best Buy fault. Just one of those Lemons you can get from time to time. They sent Jonathan to our Home from the Geek Squad. We were very satisfied with his Service. Very thorough in explaining operation of our new TV. Feeling confident with the operating of our TV was his Top Priority. (They also take back the other TV that had problems). Best Buy is the place to buy any Electronics because of their Sales People and the Geek Squad, they are all very well trained.

Never win but i gave it a shot because you never know.

The service on the Geek Squad plan is prompt; exceptionally easy to use, and friendly.

Never had to use geek squard last tv because of covid nobody could repair,recieved a credit for tv
