TV quit after a few days. They brought out a new one and set it up for us. We bought the tv to replace one that was less than 3years old that had quit. It was a different brand and we had not purchased the extended warranty. Great piece of mind and we were real pleased with the knowledge of the Geek Squad.

These plans are a great value for protection against burn-in on OLED TVs. Only $160 for 5 year protection on LG C2 42. Highly recommend. I owned a CX for 3 years and had no burn in (gave that one to my sibling now), but always great to have the peace of mind. Better safe than sorry!

Good Service by geek squad with much more affordable price

I would never buy a product from Best Buy without their geek squad protection. I had a light blow out on an older tv & they had me with a new tv the same day in store. You can’t beat that kind of customer service.

This is one of the Absolute BEST TVs that I have ever owned and the amount of free channels from Samsung show me that I do not need cable TV and that my Apps like Prime, YouTube, etc. The sound and picture clarity of this Samsung is wonderful and the only thing that I could say is that if they added a built-in sound bar option would be amazing.

They were AWESOME! Great service very polite, friendly, professional, courteous crew.

Most protection plans are a waste of money but this plan is money well spent. After 3 years my OLED tv’s picture went bad and Geek Squad replaced it with a brand new top of the line tv. I am extremely happy and I highly recommend this protection plan to everyone with a high end tv.

I bought this because the price was so good, and I have had Geek Squad protection plans before. Have not had to use it yet, but its there just in case.

If you purchase something with relatively high value, protect it with Geek Squad!

Geek squad installed my television flawlessly and was very professional throughout the entire process.

I always a good idea to get this protection. Just take the product backband they replace it with no questions asked.

We recently had an issue with a 55 inch TV that was not working properly. After two attempts were made to diagnose the problem and find a solution it was determined that the warranty would be used to replace the faulty unit. It took less than 10 days to find a replacement, have it delivered and remove the old TV.

As electronics get more and more complicated and how susceptible they are to conditions it give me peace of mind. I recently had a 50" TV repaired in home by Geek Squad on the plan. They were quick, efficient, and fixed the issue. Without this plan I would have been out an expensive TV after only 2 years. I don't get this on everything I buy. But I buy it on a lot of electronics. I don't always use it. But without it I would have been out more money than the plans cost me.
