I have always added extra protection on my televisions, but never had to use it. Just in case. I wish I had it on my gifted Hisense television.

So i brought this television because my other one broke and i always been a fan of Samsung. The quality of this tv is A1 just so clear and well worth the money. I highly recommend it.

For the small price, it is a very worthwhile investment. We've use it on other items, and never had a problem. Hope we never need it, but if we do....

I've already taken advantage of it a few times - twice with the tech using an app to remotely take control of my laptop and troubleshoot and improve my computer speed and ensure that I had no viruses or malware. It's good for 24 months for the price of 1 year and they will come to your house if necessary.

The tv was wonderful while it lasted my home had electrical problems when we have high winds and it went out but the google tv was great and iam going to get another 1 when i can crisp and clear

My grandson mounted my TV on the wall. When the TV was delivered, I was shown how it operates. I'm very pleased.

What how bad TVs are made it’s important to buy the protection plan the previous 3 TV’s I purchased have have all quite working on year 4

Excellent, faster and perfect work made in a click of time

Our previous tv (Vizio) used to jump and had a "squiggly" picture when the scenes changed in a show. It was about 1/2 the tv picture when it did this. Geek Squad came out and looked at the tv, replaced wires, replaced the mother board to no avail. They did everything they could, but the tv couldn't be fixed. Made it easier to return it for a new model. Very professional and worth the warranty price.

The Geek Squad did a thorough job of analyzing my TV’s odd behavior and recommended a replacement TV. I called the next day and they set up an appointment for a home visit. They were on time and very knowledgeable.

I haven’t had to use it yet. I did get the 5/6 year plan. Just in case.

Its a basic protector but money well spent. Make sure you update your surge protection! We had an old protector that shorted out TWO tvs. We didnt know the first tv went out because of the old unit but we learned the hard way.
