Got this 55” tv on deal of the day and I gotta say it has a way nicer picture than my previous 65” tv. Sony Oled has never disappointed me. Can’t wait to get my hands on a much bigger one.

Always always always get the protection plan! It has saved me twice when my tvs went down. I got a new tv each time with zero hassle.

Any time that I go to buy on Best Buy is one of the main reasons that make go there and buy the products, because if any time I had any problem with any of the items that I bought there, the service was just incredible!. Even in some case the change my camera for a new one!.

Geek Squad replaced my TV with no hassle when it was having issues. Tech came out and saw the problem and immediately got me a replacement.

They replaced my Tv with no issues. Just had them come out take a look at it and told me they would replace it no problem!

The agents did an outstanding job replacing the television under warranty with our replacement. They delivered it, set it up and explained its features and operation. Glad we had the warranty.

This is a general comment not specific to this particular purchase they were on a problem for me then went out of their way to try to help me so I really appreciated that just don’t lose what you have covered with the geek squad in your problems will be minimal

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

Warranty covered a brand new model of our tv when it went kaput. Highly recommend. Installed for free
