    I don't know why I bought protection. I don't remember buying it. I hope it was free, because it's dumb that I have this otherwise.

    I purchased this to make sure if I had any issues that it would be repaired quickly. Never had to use it except on the occasional xBox Controller. This was purchased for a TV which is always good to have.

    I love best buys warranty. My uncle works for ABC warehouse and I still would buy from best buy before there just because of your warranty.

    Good to have this, when needing answers to questions. Generally speaking, Geek squad people are very helpful. I have run into a few that were unable to answer questions, that I later found out were pretty common sense. Every one has different skill levels.

    When making a major purchase I thought it was a good idea to have the geek squad warranty as well since the geek squad service has been so reliable I think I was a good idea to have the warranty also I'm very happy with Best buy and The geek squad team

    It is a great price for two years of service to protect my TV. My only complaint would be that if you have an issue with a TV the wait time can be up to 4 weeks. For me living in a small place and having only one TV this is an issue.

    Totally worth it!!! My tv died less than 3 years after I bought it, they are now replacing that tv. I am so glad I decided to purchase that plan.

    Worth it if you can afford it. I had a TV replaced after it broke down 4 years later. They were abke to help me fix my issue Bd provide me with a great solution.

    The 5year Geek Squad protection plan is so worth the money. My 60” TV just gave out 4 years into the protection plan, had someone out here almost immediately to try and repair it to no avail. He made a call and we had a new one on the way to us 4 days later. They installed, set up and carted away the old one.

    Geek Squad Protection Plans Are the Best

    I do not buy any electronic device without buying a Geek Squad Protection Plan. It's nice to be worry free for 5 years. I have owned several Insignia products in the past and I have yet to have one fail, but I play it safe and protect them anyways.

    When I called Geek Squad because I had trouble with the TV I purchased last year, they were able to assist me promptly with the warranty. They scheduled for a service visit and when they came and found that the TV was not going to be fixed, they had a new TV delivered

    While I normally don't buy extended warranties this TV was going to be used in a storage unit to display video feed from my security cameras. It was fairly inexpensive and worth the price.

    Bought a Vizio M class two years ago and the TV went out. Terrible process dealing with the appointment could not understand the person on other line. Great local technician made up for the appointment.

    TV has stopped working again for a second time. Will not start again for no apparent reason now. The cable modem appears to be functioning normally, but the TV will not light up or produce any picture or sound. What am I to do to restore TV service? Your record will show this occurred before. We need a resolution soon. Thank you for your attention.
