They didnt bother questioning the problem, they just exchanged my tv based on my word. It took more than a month but it was sorted out, thankyou!

Fast response to service calls . The Geek squad tech was fast and very concerned for my technical issues with my TV . Also very knowledgeable .

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

Geek Squad Protection is definitely worth it. In the case a dead pixel appears or the entire LED display goes out, they can replace or fix it pretty easily.
